Africa Child Education Right Initiatives is established with a mission to bring new sets of tested changes, strategies aimed at equipping disadvantaged African Children with right leadership skills and orientation which can help them become well balanced adults.
We do this through varied positive interventions in the basic education and gender equality spaces. We know Changing African Child narrative will require a new set of paradigm, orientation, commitment and strategy which rest on reliable and adequate information, collaborative efforts and policy/advocacy transformation process.
Since its inception in 2011 as Non profit in Nigeria, African Child Education Right Initiatives has focused its activities on basic education and gender equality activities: Policy, advocacy, workshops and other forms of collaborations. It has worked tirelessly towards improving quality of basic education in Nigeria. It has also made considerable efforts in achieving its mandate to encourage gender equality and development in Nigeria.
In the past five years, the major initiatives had been focused on child leadership and teachers’ potential developments, empowerment of varied actors within basic education spectrum, promoting girl child issues and advocacies/Campaigns.
Our major projects begin in Nigeria with future expansion plans to spread across regions in Africa: Ghana, Kenya, South Africa.
